Return Policy Explanation
Dear Customer:
We promise to provide high-quality products.Our products are customized. Before made an order, please clarify the following information with us:
- General silicone products, please confirm the Size, Color, Length and Lays. All products are not Logo, if need custom logo please contact us.
- Confirm the specific model of the vehicle, including the year of the model; for some products, needs to be provided engine model.
- For the general silicone products with a length of 102mm and an inner diameter of less than 89mm, the default number of layers is 3; for the next level, it is 4.
- For the silicone radiator hose for the engine, the number of layers is 4.
- The inner layer of all products is black rubber (if there is any other requirement, you can specify it separately).
- For orders weighing less than 12KG, we provide AirFreight transportation, and the delivery time is approximately 7-10 days.
- For orders weighing more than 12KG (including), we provide SeaFreight transportation, and the delivery time is approximately 25-35 days.
- The transportation cost will be adjusted according to the international transportation price.
- We don't accept returns without reason. Please confirm the detailed information of the order before placing it. If there is any unclear point, please email us for confirmation.
Returns
Customers who have purchased from us should note that all returns/exchange enquiries must be received by us within 30 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address. When you receive your ordered product, please confirm the condition at first time. Once the ordered product without any damages, we can’t offer you a refund.
Sometimes items do become damaged in transit or there is some form of manufacturing defect thereby making the goods unfit for their intended purpose. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
